How do I schedule a ride?
You can schedule through our website, but for faster responses, please text or call your individual rider.
What if my ride doesn’t show?
Please verify with the rider that you have booked an appointment and are waiting for them. We are still a small company, so some of the wait times may be longer than expected. Please contact the rider directly.
What if I am dropped off at the wrong destination?
Please ensure that all addresses for pickup and drop-off are correct before leaving or paying. This should help ensure that you are at the correct location for drop-off or pick-up. If an error does occur, you can ask the driver for a new destination, and they will gladly take you there. An additional fee may apply.
What if I cancel a ride before the rider shows up?
If you cancel a ride before the rider arrives, please ensure that you have notified and received confirmation from the rider that you have shown up. Refunds are on a case-by-case basis, and some fees may apply if you cancel while the rider is at your desired pick-up location. Communication with the rider is key.
